Hello,
I am running the Community Edition 4.2.1.10 via RPM installation. I have done some Access Certifications for testing and they seem to be working well, but I am having an issue with the reporting not working properly.
If I look at an access review that is in progress, where 3 certifications are completed:
Clicking on the Scope Report:
Downloads a blank excel sheet:
Clicking on Result Report gives me an error saying there is no report. I’ve verified this also happens when all of the certifications have been completed:
Clicking on Current State report does send me an email with a spreadsheet with details. That does work as expected.
I have followed this document for setting up the Content Provider for the Reporting API call, but still not working: Certification reporting
I’m assuming I’m just missing something dumb at this point. Any idea what it is?

Hey @ameet_shah,
I looked for ACCESS_CERTIFICATION_AUTO_REPORTING in the logs and they all show as successful. I checked the one that would have ran after I completed the audit in the screenshot provided previously and it has no indications of issues.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can check.

My colleague has reviewed this thread and confirmed that this is a current bug. Our development team has logged this to be addressed and it will be fixed in the next release.
