Additional fields in Current State Report

In an APPLICATION type access certification campaign, in the final report I see access and the type of access (if it is role or group), however in that report I do not identify to which application that access belongs (role or group). How can I add the system managed in that report? If not, could you share a query that has the results of that report and additionally include the managed system? My Version 4.2.1.15

While this is not currently supported, this functionality will be in the 4.2.2. release that will be coming out shortly. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
