You can request access to the container register via either the support portal https://openiam-help.freshdesk.com/ or your sales contact.
there is no registration form or something at confidant-bhaskara.container-registry also i created support ticket and they said. i should post here at community form.. please help @suneetshah

I know - its a limitation of the registry service. we were using docker hub earlier and but they started to charge us for every account. Even community accounts. It became cost prohibitive. This is a harbor registry. It gives us everything we need, but lacks the customer facing side. eventually we will have to build this into our support solution.
