Hello all. I just want to seek for your advice on why I can’t create a metadata type. I keep getting an error message, “An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your administrator to investigate further.” To note, I’m an Admin user. This is also the correlation ID (rmDKZD3xDl) that I got.

I am unable to view the log as I do not have permission to access the SharePoint link you’ve shared.
If we are using Docker, the way to extract logs is different. We have instructions on how to do so in this document.
Again, we will need the UI and ESB logs.

From the screenshot you have shared, the 32GB of RAM is short of the minimum VM requirements as outlined in our documentation: Deploying via Docker
You would need a minimum for 48GB for a non-production deployment. We have seen historically that not meeting the minimum requirements can lead to issues, and thus this would be a good starting point to help troubleshoot the error you’ve encountered. Please let us know if you continue to run into any problems during administration.

Hi Ameet,
We have upgraded our server to 64GB from 32GB.
However, we are still encountering issue on creating Metadata.
When trying to create a Metadata, an error message “An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your administrator to investigate further.” after clicking Save.
Then, all the failed Metadata I created is listed in the Metadata Type Seach. However, when I click the edit button, it says “404 - Page Not Found”.
