Manual Application or Disconnected Application

Hi,

I came across on the last year session of OpenIAM whereas when manual application is requested and no ITSM toll will be used. OpenIAM can act as the place where all approvals are done then once approved it will then assign to a helpdesk to complete the task.

Can you share the documentation for that?

Thank you for getting back at me.

I’m particularly looking for the task assignment after it was approved for manual or disconnected application.

Example: User request access to a manual application then it was approved by the define approver, then it goes to the helpdesk group for the completion of the task and or manual provisioning.

Thank you for explaining – I understand now. One clarification: after the approval takes place, would you want OpenIAM to create a ticket in a system like ServiceNow, or would you want the operation performed entirely in OpenIAM?
