Hello,

I noticed that it is possible to modify approvers in OpenIAM. For testing purposes, I’m trying to change the approver for the “new hire with approval” Activiti Requests

, which by default is set to sysuser.

I can modify it to use a group, a role, or a supervisor, but I would like to add, at the very end of the delegation chain, a single user. However, in the options, I cannot select a user — it seems the reserved section is not editable.

Do you have any idea why this is the case?

I’m currently using Community version 4.2.1.12.

Hello,

It seems that the issue has been resolved and everything is working now.
However, no configuration changes were made and no updates were applied on my side.

I will keep monitoring the situation and let you know if the issue occurs again.
