JDBC Provisioning not working

Hello,

I’m trying to provision a new user’s account to a JDBC target system.

The provisoning events are generated and the status is “SUCCESS”, but on the database table I can’t see the new record.

These are the steps I preformed:

  1. Go to the user identities and manually add a new account:
    immagine
as you can see from the snapshot the state is “SAVED”.

  2. Go to user history and check the events:

also here I can see two events (PROVISIONING and SAVE_CONNECTOR_RESPONSE) that are in “SUCCESS” result, but on the database table there is no record:

The strange thing is that, if I open the SAVE_CONNECTOR_RESPONSE event, I can see this outcome:

Can anyone help me on this?

Regards,

Francesco

Hello Francesco,

Can you share more details about your configuration? This will help us to troubleshoot your issue.

Thanks.

Hello Ameet,

sure I can.

This is the Managed System configuration:

And this is the policy map configuration:

Then, this is the synchronization configuration:

The synchronization is working fine, I can read data and onboard it, but I cannot write new data.

Please let me know if you need any additional info.

Hello Francesco,

Apologies – could I also trouble you to share your connector logs? Ideally, we would do the following:

  • Enable debug on the connector
  • Save the user
  • Share the logs

Thanks,
Ameet
